During our discovery process you are asked to consider the answers to questions you have not previously considered. During this dynamic and candid process you will begin the process of cultivating your own change readiness. The Steve Hegele Academy understands that this part of the process is not designed for us to just gather as much information as possible to identify your areas of opportunity. We understand that the most important dynamic is that you better understand your own situation. The goal is not to just allow you to observe your own “reflection”. The objective is to allow you to assess this current reflection and identify how you believe it needs to be modified to get you to where you want and or need to be.It is in this initial phase that many of our clients understand that they about to take on something truly revolutionary. They understand that it is not about what someone can do to them or their business it is about what they are willing to do for themselves to achieve their desired results.

Our Facilitation process and style is designed to candidly confront the status quo, disrupt conventional wisdom and thinking, and disturb the sense of comfort many people and organizations learn to accept when they continue to be Good instead of Great. Rather than making the focus on teaching or telling academic processes and models The Hegele Academy engages people into doing their own Self Reliant Problem Solving. Our approach focuses attention towards getting results. (Not just talking about them) Rather than reinforcing the avoidance of accountability many people and organization suffer from, our process builds commitment and trust and helps people avoid the fear on conflict by focusing on talking about ideas and opportunities and not about other people and problems.

Motivation is not something you do to someone else. When motivation is attempted from the outside, it is like unwanted or irrelevant information, it is quickly lost and forgotten. Research indicates that 60% of personality is modifiable by environment. Therefore The Hegele Academy is careful and precise about setting and creating the right environment.
