Proper weight distribution is critical in obtaining a well-handling race car. To make sure your weight percentages are correct, you need the best computerized scale system. Proper chassis setup separates the front runners from the followers. Intercomp scales provide the necessary data for any racer to become a chassis expert.

SW, SWJD, and SW Deluxe models include Center of Gravity Calculation and Baseline Setup Recall. Self-prompting center of gravity calculation enables a novice to determine the center of gravity. You can zero all pads simultaneously or any individual pad. Fourteen display modes and 125 storage registers enable the user to view any combination of current or stored setup data. Jumbo sized backlit supertwist display with contrast control provides 360° viewing. User friendly RS232 output makes interfacing to a notebook computer a breeze.

Intercomp manufactures its load cells to weigh accurately as per the regulations set forth by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. These regulations include: temperature range, accuracy, repeatability, humidity, R.F.I./E.M.I. interference and permanence.

The ability to meet these rigorous regulations allow Intercomp to manufacture the industry's only 2.5"/64 mm low profile scale pad with 1,500 lb/700 kg capacity each, 6,000 lb/2,800 kg per system. Custom heavy-duty color coded cabling with twisted/braided pairs and low durometer characteristics are functional in the most demanding environments. High quality, recessed military grade connectors guarantee a solid connection to the control box every time.

All Intercomp scale pads are manufactured from Aerospace grade aluminum. Every load cell and scale system is tested, calibrated and certified with known test weights traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Accuracy is 1/10 of 1% on every scale system. All products are machined on high speed CNC machining and turning centers to maintain the tightest tolerances and best product finish.
